This Red Bourbon varietal from the Huila region of Columbia is wild! It is one of the craziest coffees we have ever tasted. There is a very strong flavor of cinnamon with many subtle floral notes beneath. It is such an enjoyable coffee to serve to friends and family for a special treat.
