This Red Bourbon varietal from the Huila region of Columbia is wild! It is one of the craziest coffees we have ever tasted. Upon opening the bag, you might think you're smelling a Christmas candle. There is a very strong flavor of cinnamon with many subtle floral notes beneath. It is a fun coffee to serve to friends and family for something different.
